I finally developed some film I shot last year. The shots below were taken with my old Canon FT QL 35mm film camera (the camera on my blog's banner above), and an FL 50mm f/1.8 lens. I used Kodak black & white and Kodak color 400 speed film.
This camera was first released in 1966, and was the first camera to have a "quick load" method of loading film; you can easily load a roll of film within 5 to 10 seconds. You can check out the camera's manual in PDF form here.
I shot some photos of Chrissy making dinner one night, as well as some shots taken around our apartment. I wasn't sure if everything was working with the camera before I shot with it, so these were test rolls. Some photos have light creeping in the film door, but, overall, I'm happy with the results. I'm sure I'll be shooting with film a lot more in the future. Click here to view some more pictures I've taken with this camera on my Flickr stream. Enjoy.
