The Blue Water Bridge

We visited my parent's house outside of Port Huron, Michigan for Thanksgiving, so I thought I'd try some time exposures of the Blue Water Bridge. Actually two bridges (a new and an old one), they connect Port Huron, Michigan to Sarnia, Ontario. The bridges span the St. Clair River, at the southern end of Lake Huron. Enjoy.

Two great shots but the first has my vote. I suspect it's the vibrant colors that 'got' me. Nice!

Great shots. I was wondering if you slowed the shutter speed on the first photo?

Thanks for the comments. In response to your question G C, I used about 30 second exposures on each, to make the water and the clouds more wispy.
